The founder of Villa Dagmar’s mother, Dagmar Bergsten was often abroad for long periods, travelling to some of the world’s major metropolises and cultural cities. The trips were called Grand Tours and it was a way to take part in cultures, crafts, fashion and trends. On her travels, Dagmar made sure to buy the best that each city and destination had to offer.
